Family Advocacy

 Young Families Program Family Advocate can assist new pregnant or parenting families with a variety of issues as well as providing service coordination. Our Advocate is available as a resource for information and assistance with:

 

  • Prenatal Health
  • Community Resources and Referrals
  • Case Management and Advocacy
  • Emergency Services
  • Basic Needs
  • Food and Nutrition  
  • Financial Concerns, Budgeting
  • Tobacco Cessation
  • Substance Use Education
